We have prepared a bright, spacious and comfortable apartment in the center of Triana, equipped with everything you need to make your experience in Seville unsurpassed. Beds spacious and comfortable, pillows of different hardness for each bed, two bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with everything you need and with ample crockery. We have a free parking space for our guests in a building located about 400 meters from the apartment. 10 minutes walk from the monumental area. We would like to welcome you to our house, which we have completely renovated and prepared with a lot of love so that you feel like yours and enjoy a pleasant stay, thanking you for taking care of it as if it were your own. For this we have equipped it with everything we think you need, including centralized air conditioning, screens in bathrooms, fixed dispensers with soap, fitted wardrobes fully dressed, wifi and TV on demand with international channels, being open to any suggestions you could estimate timely to help us improve. You will also find some details in the kitchen.
He has been managing apartments for 10 years, he likes to receive the tenants personally. We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. That is why we are going to ask you two favors. 1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation. 2.- If you have any problem in the city, any doubt about how to get something, you need some advice about Seville, etc., we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you. Our Check-in team will be reachable throughout your stay on the telephone number that we will provide you. Our guest reception team will receive you at the apartment to explain how it works, indicate the parking place and give you some advice on monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows... They will try to answer all the questions of our guests. In any case, we have prepared extensive documentation for you where you can find all kinds of recommendations and information about means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, delicious sweets and/or enjoy a flamenco show.
Our apartment is very close to the Guadalquivir River, in the Historic Quarter of Seville and within the Triana district, one of the most famous in the world, home to great flamencos, bullfighters and potters. It is very well located to enjoy the processions of Holy Week, the famous Feria de Abril and a bullfight. It is a quiet street but at the same time very close to all the places of interest and surrounded by all the services you may need, without having to resort to a means of transport different from your own legs, if you wish. In any case, you are close to bus, taxi and metro stops. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PARKING. It is on Calle Fabié, about 400 meters away (5 minutes walk). The square has dimensions for cars (see photo) and they also easily fit high volume vans and passenger cars.. The parking is private. Even so, we recommend not leaving valuables and valuables in the car park. The owner and / or the company that manages the apartment are not responsible for theft or damage that may occur during the use of the parking
