The staff is very warm, the luggage is very safe, the room is much better than the photos, I feel that the hotel needs to update the uploaded photos Ha ha ha, all aspects are very good, the roof is very beautiful, next time I will stay!

Fantastic facilities, including free laundry, a solid gym and rooftop bar. Big and very comfortable rooms. Bed very comfortable. Bit of an odd immediate neighbourhood in the middle of gentrification, but a couple of nice venues nearby. Very convenient to Poblenou. Bit of a longer trek if going to the likes of Eixample or the airport, but multiple public transport options nearby. Not cheap but still good value given Barcelona’s silly prices - comfort and facilities more than make up for the location trade off unless you must be in the middle of the tourist hub.

I liked the staff at the reception welcome and the checking out friendliness. It felt very warm and human. The rooms are great, spacious, so clean and the showers fabulous. The view I had was on the quiet plaza which was very nice and quiet. The whole complex is large with different areas or spaces, if you will, to relax, read, work, log on or simply to while away some time. There is also a restaurant but i usually prefer venturing further afield for food, I have to say. Besides, the menu looked uninspiring offering burgers for the most part, albeit reasonably priced. There are a couple or three other eateries around or just off the plaza within two to three minutes walk. The hotel is situated away from the centre which always appeals to me. There is always some sort of community going on within walking distance or a short bus ride away up the Avenida.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, room spacious and clean. Neighborhood where the hotel is located is great, safe, well connected with all the attractions and has many cool cafes and restaurants. Rooftop terrace/bar is amazing to have a coffee or a cocktail and enjoy the view of sunny Barcelona.
