We deliberately chose a smaller boutique type hotel as it suits us better and The Honest Hotel was just perfect. Location was fantastic, off the main busy noisier main streets The staff were so great. We arrived very late and were so pleased that the staff messaged us with information about checking in if reception wasn’t open. It was open and we were greeted so politely, the staff member staying to tell us all about the city and what we could do and that there was a festival on the week we arrived and what we could expect. Over and above any larger hotel greeting, I believe!
