FAMILY HOLIDAYS ONLY! Featuring an outdoor heated pool the villa offers a sun terrace with sun beds, a furnished terrace and barbecue facilities. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ( 1 en suite), private parking for 2 vehicles, spacious dining area and various terraces to chill and enjoy the Mediterranean. Everyone can find its moments of relax and privacy over here. Ideal for summer and winter holidays due to its perfect location. It is a high quality modern construction villa. The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one of them is ensuite and a dressing room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, spacious dining and living area overlooking the pool and spacious well-furnished terraces with direct access to them. There is air conditioning/heating system. We kindly asking be responsible with the usage of electricity to the recent drastic changes in the price of it otherwise it will be charged apart. Pool heating is available in April, May, June, September, October. Please consult daily price, temp 28c, cover to be in place at night. A perfect place to enjoy the sun, sea and sand. -Natural recourses (electricity, water) are limited. Please use them rationally. -Be quiet after 10 pm. -Late check-in (after 10 pm) is paid apart. -Please take a shower after the beach before entering the house.

The main attraction of this beautiful destination is the Mar Menor, with its calm, shallow waters and pleasant beaches. Santiago de la Ribera is on the Mar Menor, on the coast of Murcia. This old fishing village has 4 kilometres of beach, with fine, golden sand. Its Mediterranean waters are ideal for enjoying the sun, sea and water sports all year round. It has an attractive, palm-lined promenade that runs the length of the beach. It is well worth sampling the local gastronomy, featuring delicious fish and shellfish, and outstanding dishes such as salt-roast sea bream and king prawns. It is very well connected, close to 2 international airports. Alicante and its airport are approximately 80 km away and Corvera airport is around 35 km away. The closest beach is around 700 metres away with beautiful promenade area full bars and restaurants, the beaches area called playa de Colon and playa de los Arcos. A big shopping center Dos Mares is only 900 metres away. Over there you will find numerous shops and places to eat. The closest supermarket Carrefour is aprox. 1 km away. The area is famous for its spas, Thalasia spa resort is just 4 km away Salinas and Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar Nature Reserve is 5 km away.
