Modern Apartment with sea view, terrace, swimming pool to enjoy a good summer holidays. Apartment with 3 bedrooms on 85m² in Malgrat de Mar. The terrace is ideal for eating and relaxing during the day. Malgrat is at approximately one hour by car or train from Barcelona. The apartment is located at 10 minutes walking from the Train Station. The swimming pool, garden and sports court of the condominium offers you the opportunity to improve your holiday experience. BOTTLE of CAVA as a GIFT!!! Cozy holiday apartment just 200 meters from the beach of Malgrat de Mar. The apartment is located on the 7st floor in a gated community with elevator and is ideal for a family vacation. Apartment has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and a large terrace with great sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffe machine and all utensils needed to cook. There is large Smart TVs in living room, Wi-Fi, two sofas and big table. The complex offers beautiful gardens with lawns, tennis, football, basketball courts. For the younger guests there is a playground and the whole family can refresh themselves in the large pool.
Apartments in Malgrat de Mar are a 7-10-minute walk from the Train station. The distance from Malgrat de Mar to Barcelona is about 60 km (by train-40-50 minutes). At a distance of 1.5 km (15 minutes walk) is an excellent shopping center with supermarket Carrefour. At the same distance towards the Old town there are supermarkets Caprabo and Mercadona. The residential complex is located on the first line, so you can always walk along the busy street Passeig Maritim with its many cafes, restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine, as well as choose the Souvenirs you are interested in, listen to street musicians. There are public transport links close to the apartments, so you can not only get to the surrounding towns, but also to reach Barcelona in comfort.
