Spacious and bright apartment near the coast of Los Realejos of 50 m2 with a large balcony with spectacular sea- and mountains views, and with beautiful and romantic sunsets. Nearby walking routes to enjoy teh nature and to hike to Puertos de la Cruz. It is located in a quiet area, close to restaurants, supermarkets and small shops.. Good connections with public service to Puerto de la Cruz (approx 15 min) and with a rental car (10 min). The capacity of the apartment is 3 people. With 1 bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds and a 105 x 200 sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is completely equipped. It has fiber optic Wi-Fi

Neighborhood info

It is a quiet neighborhood, 30 min walk from Playa Jardín or other more authentic beaches, 10 min by car to the historic center of Puerto de la Cruz without being in the noise of the center. Near the famous Loro Parque. Good connection with the rest of the island by both car and by public transport. In the area there are some "Guachinches" (typical Tenerife restaurants), restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, greengrocers, etc.
