Huge beaches, in the heart of Doñana National Park and its proximity to Rocío are the main attractions of the location of this house in the best area of the entire Matalascañas beach, Caño Guerrero. Less than 200 meters from the beach. Between the Shopping Center and the MAS Supermarket. The chalet consists of a very spacious living room with a sofa bed, with two large windows that provide lots of light. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and two refrigerators. Two full bathrooms, four bedrooms, a front porch from which you can see the sea and a backyard with a storage room.
Hello!!! Nice to meet you. I'm Jose Manuel. Journalist. I have worked for six years in Madrid. Since 2012 I have my own company and I am dedicated to the aeronautical sector. I am from Seville and in love with Seville and its Historic Center. When I bought this house it was not in my plans to buy, but when I saw it I immediately fell in love with its quality, distribution and location. So little by little I furnished it on a whim and fulfilled my dream of living in the Center and seeing the most important Easter brotherhoods in the city pass by from my own balcony. In a short time I made great friends. I was so satisfied that I began to think what someone who came to visit Seville attracted by its culture and monuments should feel if they could stay in my house and feel the same as I feel. So that idea gradually grew stronger and I decided to put it into action. So now it's up to you to have a unique experience in a unique place. The promenade to which the chalet overlooks is the widest in all of Matalascañas, with a design of garden areas and where all the variety of leisure you may need is offered without leaving the area: cafes, bars, restaurants, beach bars, Drinks, ice cream parlors and lots of fun focused on the little ones in the house. An ideal chalet to enjoy all the comforts and without having to take the car all the holidays.
