Stunning newy refurbished apartment in a traidtional Spanish ' Casa Antiguo' building. The apartment is recently renovated with modern and traditional touches, designed to provide maximum comfort to guests. It consists of all the necessary amenities to ensure guests have a wonderful stay. The apartment is situated in a quiet road in the center of Seville beside the wonderfully vibrant Alameda and Calle Feria. There, you have your choice of fantastic bars and restaurants serving delicious tapas on your doorstep.

The flat is located in the heart of Seville, in the neighbourhood of Calle Feria beside the Alameda. It's one of the best spots for eating and drinking in the city with a great selection of delicious tapas restaurants and bars. Just 2 minutes walk from the flat is, Mercado de Abastos, Here, you can find colorful displays of typical grocery items, from fish, vegetables, and meats (raw and cured), to homemade cheeses, and wines, liquor, and arts and crafts. Every Thursday, the historical 'Mercado de antiquidades' (flea market) takes place. You can find interesting and eclectic items if you wish to take s souvenir with you. The house is situated on a quiet street so you should not be disturbed by the noise of city life around you. Its location is great to see the city and it's walking distance to all of the best places to visit in Seville.
