Our company with headquarters in Moraira welcomes you. We are a rental agency of villas and apartments for holidays and long stays in Moraira, Calpe and its surroundings (Costa Blanca). We have a large portfolio of homes so that tourists can find the perfect house to spend their vacations. Our homes are carefully selected to ensure that they meet all the requirements of our agency. We always look for the best location, amenities and good value for money.

Property information

This charming rustic villa can accommodate 6 people and will make you feel at home. The interior of the villa will surprise you by its large rooms and its functional distribution. The living room’s big window panes open on a relaxing garden, the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet of Moraira. You will be able to enjoy fantastic afternoons with your loved ones in the pool and on the terrace. The terrace and pool are south-west facings which means you will be able to enjoy the sun throughout the day and admire beautiful sunsets. The house is divided into two floors. Downstairs you will find a cosy open plan kitchen and dining room as well as the large living room opening on the garden. This floor also features 3 bedrooms (one double and two singles), as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs, you will find the large main suite with air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and dressing room. You will be able to admire the fantastic views on the sea and the Peñon of Ifach without even having to get out of bed. What better way to start the day?
