VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL JUST 2 MINUTES FROM MORAIRAS BEACHES. This villa has capacity for 6 people and is located just 5 minutes by car from the center of Moraira and just 2 minutes from the beaches. If you feel like taking a walk, you can access Cala Andragó in 10 minutes and Cala Cap Blanc in 15 minutes. Just 3 minutes by car is "Les Platgetes", some charming sandy beaches where you will enjoy restaurants to eat by the sea. Very close to the house you will find small establishments, numerous restaurants and a shopping center. This chalet is very practical and accessible since all the rooms are distributed on one floor, without stairs. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them in suite. The living room and the main bedroom have air conditioning and the other 2 bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The kitchen has been recently renovated. Both the house and the garden are very well maintained and all the furniture has been updated in 2022. THE PERFECT VILLA WITH A PRIVATE POOL TO ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAYS A FEW MINUTES FROM THE CENTER OF MORAIRA AND IT´S WONDERFUL BEACHES. IMPORTANT: Groups of young people under 30 years old are not allowed. If you wish to bring your pets you will need to inform the company of their breed and size in advance. Mass celebrations are not allowed. Only friends and family visits are allowed. It is not allowed to spend the night in the house more people than its capacity. Smoking and lighting candles inside the house is prohibited.
