Our accommodation is ideally located 50 meters from the beach, in the charming old town of Sitges. Just a few steps away, you will find the imposing Church of San Bartolomé y Santa Tecla, the historic Bacardi factory and the lively Calle del Pecado, along with other emblematic monuments of Sitges. Enjoy the perfect combination between proximity to the sea and cultural heritage! If you want to extend your stay with a call we can help you. pay the Sitges tourist tax of one euro per guest, per night (adults only) If you arrive later than 11:00 p.m. (11PM) at night, there will be an extra cost of forty euros since, since there is no reception, a person has to travel to check in. All guests must identify themselves with their passport or identification to complete the official Police registration. Although the accommodation is like your own home, parties, social gatherings or smoking are not allowed (you can smoke on the balconies if the suite has it). Our neighbors should not be bothered at all. Please note that loud noises are not allowed after 10 p.m. and before 9 a.m. If this happens, we may ask you to leave and charge you the full amount of the reservation. Remember to take the keys with you, if you lose them at night or leave them inside, we will have to charge you fifty euros for the emergency assistance service. To avoid unnecessary energy consumption, the planet and we will appreciate it if you turn off the lights, heating and A.C. as he leaves the apartment. We expect you to leave the suite in reasonable conditions. Please remove trash and leave it in the street containers. Please inform us of any damage so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
