Beautifully presented ground floor apartment with touch of luxury situated in a small gated development in San Pedro de Alcantara. Only 300 meters from the golden beaches and a seaside promenade where you can enjoy relaxing walks towards famous Puerto Banus (approx 30 minutes). Two bedrooms and large west-facing covered terrace overlooking the communal gardens and quiet swimming pool area. All amenities, sport club, San Pedro village with amazing restaurants and modern boulevard park within walking distance. Just a short drive away from Marbella town (10 kms), Benahavis and Estepona and 40 minutes to the international airport in Málaga. Spacious ground floor apartment (120m2) occupies a good position with a west-facing terrace and direct access to the communal gardens and swimming pool area. Large living/dining area with comfortable sofas and smart Tv leads onto fully covered terrace to enjoy afternoon sun and peaceful environment. The terrace has comfortable sitting area, two private sun loungers and a table for al-fresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate utility room. Master en-suite bedroom with super king size bed (180x200) and plenty of wardrobe space leading to the main terrace. Second bedroom with adjacent marble shower room has two single beds and access to a Juliet balcony. Single beds can be replaced with king size mattress upon request. Central air-conditioning (cold/heat), fast Wi-Fi and underground parking space in the garage.
