This service is available from Monday to Saturday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Outside of these hours and on Sundays, a self-check-in is arranged days before arrival to ensure a smooth entry. Entry and Exit Times: Entry to the apartment is available from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out from the apartment must be done before 11:00 AM on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

Key collection is done at our reception in a different location from the apartment. From Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be someone waiting for you in the office so you can check in and make payments in person. From Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sundays, we will do self-check online (Days prior to arrival) in this way, you can collect the keys in the key box at the reception. In the event that the corresponding SELF CHECK IN is not carried out and in-person intervention is necessary to check-in, between 30 and 50 EUR will be charged.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
