Property information

This charming country house for 8 persons is located in a peaceful and natural setting, surrounded by nature in the real hidden rural Mallorca. Salas Nou has been completely renovated. The original house dates back more than 100 years. It has kept the charm of the typical Majorcan country houses with a wonderful mix of rustic details such as walls clad with rural stone, high ceilings with wooden beams combined with comfortable modern furniture. From the entrance we enter directly into the living room with a wood-stove. The open kitchen/dining area with a beautiful wooden dining table; is spacious, full of natural light and well equipped. From here large French doors open onto the front terrace. From the kitchen there is access to a double bedroom that has an en-suite shower room. At the other side of the villa there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Guest toilet close to the entrance. The upper floor counts with a double and a twin bedroom with views over the pool area and the surroundings. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and and a separate shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms with a fixed and limited timetable.
