Property information

Bright and modern apartment has been totally reformed in 2020. It has a living room with open plan small kitchen (no dishwasher), one bedroom, shower room and south facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy fantastic sea views and the sun all day long! Every room has smart TV to watch Netflix/Youtube and AC unit (heat/cold) for total comfort. Fast Wi-Fi, automatic shutters and awning at the terrace. Please note! no dishwasher in the apartment. The apartment located on the 5th floor with lift. Secured outdoor parking onsite (subject to availability). PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is best suitable for a couple or young family with young 1-2 kids, as sofa-bed is only 1.25m wide and is NOT suitable for 2 adults.

Neighbourhood information

Secured beachfront development Romana Playa offers three outdoor pool areas and kids playground. The sandy beach is clean, family friendly and one of the best in east Marbella (Elviria). The area is very lively within walking distance to various restaurants, bars and supermarkets. MARBELLA city center -15 min drive, the most famous harbor Puerto Banus - 20 min drive. In 800 meters (15-minute walk) you have Elviria shopping area that offers: two supermarkets, grocery shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, many bars and many restaurants. As well as biggest adventure park of Andalusia - Amazonia park. In just 3km (5min by car) you have two local supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl that offer you food supplies, fresh fish, vegetables and fresh baked bread. Within a 4km you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It's a small but enchanting harbor with pretty port, with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and a large choice of restaurants. For golf lovers, within short drive Cabopino Golf course or Santa María Golf Club: an 18 holes course in which you can enjoy a permanent view of the sea while you swing.
