If you are looking for a getaway by the beach and a close interaction with the host this is your apartment. Peaceful and renovated apartment located in a beachfront complex, surrounded by the rice fields and w/ the Albufera Natural Park in your backyard. Ideal for a walk along the beach and enjoying the Valencian cuisine.Valencia City is located just over half an hour from the house and in less than 10 min you can find the towns of Cullera or Sueca counting with all the services you may need. If you are looking for a getaway by the beach and a close interaction with the host this is your apartment. Renovated and cozy apartment located in a beachfront building. There is a main double room and a second room with two single beds, two full bathrooms with shower, and a living-dining room with an independent kitchen. The apartment has got a large living room with sea views. The building counts with a swimming pool, a bar opened in high season, large garden and common areas and a building janitor. The house is fully equipped for cooking and enjoying a home-like getaway,

Mareny Blau is mainly a second residency beach area with a relaxing atmosphere. During the summer season there is a great atmosphere and off season it is almost like a private place for you.The urbanization offers: • Tennis courts and other racket-related sport courts, swimming pool (cap required) • A variety of restaurants mainly open during summer and weekends in spring. There is a minimum service the rest of the year. • A small convenience store which opens from Easter to early sept. • There is a very popular bakery just 15 min walking which opens all year round. During the summer season there is a great atmosphere but never overcrowded as opposed to the most popular touristic areas and during the rest of the year it is priceless to enjoy such an exclusive and secluded beach with an amazing weather and still counting with everything you may need in less than 10 minutes by car. Approximate distances by car: • Valencia: 30 min • Albufera: 15-20 min • Mall with Carrefour, cinema, restaurants etc Regular bus service in summer, 2 services during weekdays in winter. Very recommendable to come with car.
