Welcome to Jana’s Retreat at Club Guacimeta, a small complex, with swimming pool & landscaped garden. Situated in the Matagorda area of Puerto del Carmen we are less than 10 mins from airport. Balcony overlooking both the complex’s Pools (Main & Children’s pool) and view out to sea. Bedroom with small Juliette Balcony and views to Montaña Blanca. Totally suitable for Couples and young families. Upper floor Apartment with home-from-home comforts. Wi-Fi throughout. Well-equipped Kitchen containing 2-ring hob, microwave oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots and utensils. Breakfast bar. Living Room with sofa bed and 50” Smart TV (UK & Irish Channels + Movies & Sports), leads out onto the Balcony with seating area. Bedroom with two single beds (dressed as a Double), wardrobe, a safe deposit box and a bathroom with waterfall shower. Hairdryer. The Perfect Location - Beautiful apartment! very clean and modern as shown in pictures. Very convenient location at start of Puerto del Carmen. The Beaches are a short walk (5 minutes) directly from Club Guacimeta. You’ll not struggle for space on these long, idyllic & clean Blue Flag beaches. The beachfront is lined with restaurants, shops and coffee shops.

In the immediate area alone, there is a plethora of Bars & Restaurants offering a selection traditional or modern cuisine – Mediterranean, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Japanese & Tapas. Several small supermarkets are in the area. The livelier strip of Nightclubs and yet more Bars & Restaurants, Shops & Boutiques is a short, cheap taxi or bus ride or if you prefer, a very pleasant stroll along part of the longest promenade in Europe! Ideal for Cycling & Walking - the front is pedestrianised with new walkways and separate cycle lanes and a Kid’s playground. Matagorda, like the island of Lanzarote is a safe destination with a laid-back, casual vibe. It is extremely clean with easy walking access to Beach, Bars, Restaurants and Boutiques. Trouble-free access for those with poor mobility, offering excellent accessibility and ramps, families with prams and young children. The entire area is set-up in a new pedestrianised zone with cycle lanes running alongside. The Matagorda area is set out with pleasant and level cactus parks to walk through, and sculpture art and sand art to admire. Car parking is available at Guacimeta. A Taxi Rank and main bus route are a few minutes' walk away.
