A private pool in the back garden gives you time and space to relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The villa sleeps eight comfortably with a triple bunk and a single in one of the downstairs bedrooms, a double with an ensuite bathroom, and a kingsize in the master upstairs, again with a private bathroom. The lounge has space to sit and watch TV, and the open porch at the front is a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by in a beautiful, shady space. In the back garden we have a private pool, a dining area that seats eight, eight sunlongers with cushions, a sofa set and a BBQ. Relax, unwind and feel at home here.
We love sharing our home with people who will enjoy it and respect it. This is where we will retire, and so it is not your traditional rental with just the basics. You will be welcomed to our home by Rob and Annemarie, who are our incredible support team. They will welcome you on arrival, show you around the house, and explain how everything works. Should you need them, Rob and Annemarie will be on hand throughout your stay. We want our guests to have a really personalised stay, with no anonymous key safes or check-ins. We are based in the UK and work as mortgage brokers, so we are super busy, in addition we have six amazing children so knowing we have a great support team is key to successfully sharing our home with you.
Our part of the development is very quiet. It is at the furthest point from the bars and restaurants you will find located at both Secors A & B. We wanted peace, quiet and tranquillity above all when we bought our home. Please be aware, you will need a car as the house is a short drive from shops and amenities. If you want to be within walking distance of a shop, bar or restaurant, then please do not book, as you will have to drive to either Secor A, Sector B or to the port of Mazarron for these amenities. The stunning beach at Bolnuevo is 20 minutes drive away
