Very nice and convenient apartment in good location. Great and helpful host!!! We postponed our arrival time several times, even on the day of arrival, and received no complaints from the host- he welcomed us on time we advised him 40 min before our arrival and showed us the apartment. We have some issues during our stay but sorted them out in excellent manner with our host- just ask him. Received an advice on sightseeing and eating facilities. Parking possible on the site and it is good extra facility.

Perfect location to explore all the tourist sites on foot, lots of great restaurants nearby, modern well furnished apartments with everything you could need , airconditioning worked very well on hot days, secure parking in underground garage kept our car safe and we did not even use it during our 4 day stay as it was so convenient to walk to everywhere.

The apartment was in really good conditions, having been recently renovated. The location is good as well, it's a short walk to the city center. And the pool on top is a great addition, especially in the spring and summer months

Juan Carlos was a great host and made everything (!) easy. The flat is spotless and fully equipped with everything we could possibly think of. And it is a few minutes' walk from Santa Cruz and everything else. There is even parking in the building (cheap by Sevilla standards). We cannot recommend this property enough, and will return.

The apartment is very new, all the facilities is excellent. Our host, Carlos did help explain for the tourist spots and restaurants nearby. I would recommend the restaurant which I can't remember the name but it's just located beside the apartment.

This place was easily accessible with a lift and a friendly host greeted us on arrival. The communication with the host was clear beforehand. The place was walking distance to the Plaza Espana and the old town. We arrived during unseasonable heat, but the air conditioner worked well. It was roomy and had a well equipped kitchen for little meals.
