Very bright apartment with capacity for 7 people, located in Plaza de Santa Ana just 2 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol. Located on the third floor of a historic building without elevator, the apartment is fully equipped with flat screen television, hot and cold air conditioning, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, water heater, and kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils. It has a full bathroom on the upper floor (accessed via a staircase) with a bathtub and hairdryer. It has two bedrooms with wardrobes, one with two single beds and the other with three, plus a double bed in the living room that folds against the wall for greater comfort when not in use. The living room also has a three-seater sofa. On the upper floor there is a low cabinet to store clothes, as well as an exposed coat rack to hang them. As it has space for 7 people, it is a perfect apartment for large groups that come to the center of Madrid either for work or leisure reasons. There is a public parking just 50m from the apartment.

Located in the art triangle - made up of the three most representative museums in Madrid: the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum - and bordering La Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía - a street where, in addition to multiple fashion stores, there is the Spanish Broadway, which offers an unbeatable line-up of musicals and shows, it has countless restaurants, pubs, and cocktail bars, which make this neighborhood one of the most fun in Madrid.
