The Playa Arena apartment is a central accommodation that stands out for its privileged location, in the heart of the Arena neighborhood, a few meters from San Lorenzo beach, close to all points of interest, and with a free private parking space in the facilities. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Gijón, equipped with new designer furniture. The living room has a chaise longue sofa, smart TV and a dining table for six people. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, vitro, oven, toaster, dishes, cutlery, cups and more. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, with a double bed of 1.35 each, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. In addition, the accommodation has a fourth room converted into a dressing room with a work table. Small dogs of up to 5 kilos are accepted as pets with a total supplement of 12 euros per stay. Cats are not accepted.
With a long history in the tourism sector, my journey in the world of holiday accommodation began in 2019. MY rewarding experience as head of tourist accommodation has led me to have several accommodations in Gijón ( Duplex 21 Gijón , Ceriñola 23), Llanes (Bella Kalma) and Oviedo (Monte Cerrau 24). If there is something that identifies me, it is the closeness to the guests. From the first moment I offer personalized attention so that the stay in the accommodation is as comfortable as possible. Also aware of the needs of the guests, I provide an exclusive tourist guide of Llanes and Asturias in general with those places of interest, activities and restaurants to go to and thus save time (and money) on the trip.
On the beachfront, you only have to cross two streets and you can access the Paseo del Muro de San Lorenzo. The location is unbeatable, in the center of the Arena neighborhood, in a very quiet area next to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bakeries, bus stops, a playground... It has absolutely everything.
