Apartment in a luxury urbanisation in a privileged enclave with wonderful sea views. It has two communal swimming pools, the larger one open from May to mid-October and the second one from July to mid-September, private parking space included, lift and air conditioning with heat pump. It has a large terrace with spectacular views of the sunrise over the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances. The property has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one en suite and one with a balcony overlooking the garden.
The area is very quiet and is located a few meters from the marina of Marina del Este, where there are restaurants, shops, a diving school, a supermarket and boat renting. The property is located 3 minutes drive from La Herradura, a coastal area with a huge beach with beautiful beach bars where you can eat sardine skewers, typical of the area and various seafood products. On this beach on the tropical coast you can go kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkelling, among others. Almuñécar is 10 minutes away by car, where you will find a wide range of shops, gastronomy, a botanical garden "El Majuelo" where open air concerts are held, terraces on the sand of the beach and other terraces overlooking beautiful Andalusian patios. We are also 20 minutes from Nerja, 25 minutes from Frigiliana, 30 minutes from the shopping centre El Ingenio in Velez-Malaga. We are 50 minutes from Malaga and its airport and another 60 minutes from Granada, the Alhambra, the Nevada shopping centre and the Sierra Nevada ski resort.
