Fantastic 3 bedroom groundfloor apartment in a quiet street in the San Sebastián beach area. Just 5 minutes walk from the center and very close to the El Vivero restaurant; a magical place to dine by the sea. The Ariel apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Ideal for families with children or also for couples traveling together. The entire apartment has lovely warm cherry wood flooring making it a cozy home away from home. The living-dining room is spacious and bright with a large two-seater sofa and a smart TV. It is perfect for teleworking if necessary during the holidays, with high speed fiber internet. It has central air conditioning and heating, as well as all the comforts of a new and modern apartment. The kitchen is large and functional, with all the necessary appliances, a ceramic hob and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. The rooms are located on the opposite side of the beach and the restaurants, thus guaranteeing rest for everyone. There is a main bedroom with a double bed and then two other bedrooms, both with good size bunk beds. They share 2 full bathrooms; one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The closest beach is San Sebastián, one of the most family-friendly in Sitges, frequented by local people throughout the year. It is one of the best beaches in the world according to the New York Times and is twinned with La Concha beach in the city of San Sebastián in Guipúzcoa (Basque Country). In fact, a piece of the Concha railing has been embedded to it since 2009, next to a commemorative plaque. We invite you to walk the streets around the church, undoubtedly the prettiest part of town. There are narrow pedestrian only alleyways that follow the old medieval city wall. Look out for wall plaques and tiled messages when walking down the Davallada and before going to Museu Maricel take a moment at the Racó de la Calma where often musicians play their tunes. The old town offers a large selecton of restaurants, of which we reccommend Alfresco, the perfect place for a couple’s romantic dinner in an incredibly magical setting.
