It is an apartment with luxury qualities, built in 2009 but updated and put up for sale in 2019. It is very spacious, all exterior and with spectacular views of the sea. On the terrace you can enjoy the views and the mild climate of the area all year round
We are a married couple who bought this property in 2019, to enjoy it with our family for part of the summer and in the low season, and finance it with tourist rental throughout the year. We love that our guests enjoy as much as we do. The apartment is new and we have the help of a professional cleaning company and the invaluable cooperation of the Urbanization Security Service 24/7/365.
In front of the apartment is Isla del Fraile, a protected enclave as well as most of the coast to the north, with natural landscapes of high ecological value. In the pool or on the nearby Playa Amarilla it is enjoyed intensely in the summer, although the benign microclimate -almost a permanent spring- is a characteristic blessing of this part of the world. Águilas is a town that is alive all year round and has extensive and magnificent urban beaches and beautiful natural coves. In the Urbanization there are sports courts that it is necessary to reserve and they only work part of the year. You have to drive by car, bicycle or ask for a taxi to access supermarkets and other services, since the Urbanization does not currently have its own commercial area
