Beautiful apartment on the ground floor, with 2 terraces, a large one for the whole family to enjoy and one at the front of the house, ideal for storing bicycles and beach belongings. The house is newly renovated and furnished, including the large terrace with an awning, chill out area and direct access to the pool, The accommodation has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main room has a backlit head with colored LEDs that you can change at will and also an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second room has a bunk bed, the lower part has a double mattress and the upper part has a single bed. Everything makes it an ideal home for families with children. The apartment has a led tv, free Wi-Fi, an independent kitchen fully equipped with complete dishes, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a blender, an express pot, a coffee maker and everything you can imagine. In addition to ducted air conditioning. And of course, the house has a garage space within the urbanization, being underground with direct access by elevator to the door of the house.
We are Antonio and Ana, a Valencian-Neapolitan couple who live in love with the city of Denia. During your stay in the apartment we will be available 24 hours a day for any needs, questions or requests that our guests may have. Additionally, during check-in, you will be given a guide to Denia. We have personally prepared it and in it we will recommend the places of interest, the beaches and the hospitality that we enjoy when we travel to the city.
The urbanization is family , quiet and without noise from the traffic of the Las Marinas highway. It is less than 800m from the sea. The area is ideal for families with children, nearby there are several restaurants, a bakery and supermarkets, also right in front is the new HCB Dénia hospital.
