This house is conveniently located in a prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto, within 8 minutes walk to the beach Playa Cristal and its restaurants. The accommodation has 2 stories. The ground floor is comprised of spacious living room with an access to the shaded porch with built-in barbecue, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The first floor is comprised of a master bedroom with an access to the terrace and a bedroom with 2 single beds. It is a corner townhouse with private garden, comfortable and quiet, with a direct access to the swimming pool area. As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not allowed. Tourist tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
