Imagine, after a lovely dinner and a fine glass of wine, you can walk home and it’s not necessary to go by car. As this villa is located in the center of Campanet, you can walk to the main square where you will find a grocery shop, a few nice restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a bank. Campanet is close to the Tramuntana Mountains, in the Western region of Mallorca. There, you can make lovely hiking and cycling routes and have a good time in the midst of nature. The monastery of Lluc is a starting point for many hiking trails, for example the old path from Lluc to Pollensa, called Camí Vell de Lluc a Pollensa. Furthermore, Campanet is famous for its caves and the chapel and it is possible to walk there. By car you can explore the Tramuntana and get to know enchanting villages like Valldemossa, Fornalutx or Sóller.

Start your day with a swim in the 6 x 3 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 1.70 m. The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace with eight sun loungers and a BBQ. This beautiful property has a winter garden with an old fountain, where you can have dinner with friends. Upstairs, there is a small, non-furnished terrace with views over the village. The plot is fenced. In the sitting room you can watch the TV (with satellite and Smart-TV). The dining room has access to the fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob. Additionally, this property has a laundry with a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There are four comfortable twin bedrooms with fans; three of them on the ground floor and one on the first floor. We can supply a cot and a high chair in case you come with a baby. There is one shower bathroom inside the house and one outdoor shower bathroom next to the pool.
