Moderno y lujoso apartamento de 2 dormitorios, en Parque Santiago I, complejo residencial muy bonito y tranquilo, en primera línea de playa, junto al océano Atlántico, desde donde podrá disfrutar de espectaculares puestas de sol. Reformado, de manera integral en agosto de 2022, está decorado con estilo moderno y elegante. Tiene una terraza privada de 60 metros cuadrados con vistas a la piscina dotada con hamacas, mesa, sillas, parasol y un precioso sofá rodeado de plantas tropicales. El apartamento, distribuido en una única planta, tiene acceso directo a la terraza desde el salón y el dormitorio principal. Se encuentra totalmente equipado, con dos Smart TV, una de 75 pulgadas, internet Wifi y cocina dotada con todos los electrodomésticos, incluido lavavajillas y microondas. La lavadora, plancha, aspiradora y otros accesorios se encuentran en un armario situado en la terraza. El baño, amplio y precioso, está dotado con ducha, accesorios y toallas de máxima calidad. Dos dormitorios, en la misma planta, que permiten la estancia para 4 personas, con modernos armarios y caja fuerte, ropa de cama de algodón de 200 hilos. Si es de su agrado, dispone de comforter covers. Todo el apartamento dispone de ventiladores en el techo y de luces led de diversos colores. El complejo cuenta con una piscina de agua de mar, climatizada todo el año, con un pequeño bar/restaurante y acceso directo al paseo marítimo. Está dotada de tumbonas y sombrillas y atendido constantemente por jardineros y personal de mantenimiento y seguridad. Muy cerca encontrará las playas de El Camisón y Las Vistas acondicionadas con todos los servicios. Toda la zona se encuentra rodeada por un Paseo Marítimo junto al Océano con preciosas vistas, terrazas y tiendas.
