The location is great. It's close to sierpes and tetuan street. Cathedral is 6-7 min by walk. And Alvaro is very kind and helpful. We loved our stay and recommend here.

- The apartment is located right in the historical center of Seville, which made all the major tourist attractions easily accessible and within walking distance. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars in the area, and multiple Carrefour express nearby. - The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped - The interaction with Alvaro was great. Even though we didn't meet him in person, all the necessary information were transmitted swiftly via WhatsApp, so we had no issues collecting the keys and accessing the apartment. Furthermore, Alvaro was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggages at the apartment even though we arrived earlier than the mentioned check-in time.

The location was fantastic! Just off main shopping street 10 minutes in one direction to the cathedral and palace. 5 minute in the opposite direction to the mushroom of Seville. Flamenco shows to choose from. Beautiful plazas and restaurants close by for coffee or aperitvo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alvaro's apartment. As a host, he was really communicative, providing really helpful instructions as well as dozens of restaurant and bar recommendations which we really appreciated! The apartment itself is even bigger than it appears in the photos, both bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. It was extremely well equipped (coffee machine, kettle, washing machine etc), and Alvaro very kindly left us some coffee capsules, tea bags etc to use which we appreciated! The apartment is in a perfect location, very short walking distance to the main sights as well as plenty of wonderful bars and restuarants. There is some noise from the street during the day (which added to the atmosphere!) but it was perfectly quiet at night time. We would be more than happy to stay here again should we return to Seville.

Everything was perfect, I can recomend it. It is very close to the city center. There are lots of restaurants, bars, shops. Alvaro was super nice and responds imediately. If I ever go back to Sevilla, I will stay in this place again.
