The house has in its entirety 5 rooms, full kitchen for guests and a large garden, patio and outdoor area to work or enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood. Fully equipped house for a great stay.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central place to stay. Just minutes away from Plaza de la Merced and Malaga beach. Centrally located but far from the noise of the city as we are in the quietest neighborhood of historic downtown Malaga. We are 100 meters from La Cala del Moral Beach and just a 12 minute drive from the historic center of Malaga. theres many free parking lots in the area
