Property information

Cozy finca with swimming pool with unique views of the village of Muro. Located 2 km from the village of Muro. Capacity for 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen next to the living room. In this area there is air conditioning. The outdoor area is spectacular, the garden has an area of 500 m², has a large pool of 11x5 meters, sun loungers, barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy the good weather. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kw/day and person) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
