The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Cartagena, 5 minutes walk from the Plaza de España and the Historic Case. It has 110 square meters, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a large living room of 40 m2, a separate kitchen fully equipped with all appliances. The apartment has fitted wardrobes and a dressing room, and has Climalit windows with acoustic insulation. It also has centralized air conditioning through ducts with hot and cold, and a natural gas heater so you will never lack hot water.
I am a person of pleasant treatment, I love to travel and to know new cultures and to learn every day. Regarding your stay I try to make it as comfortable as possible and that you can enjoy the city of Cartagena and its surroundings, whenever you want I will give you good advice on your excursions or experiences.
The area where the apartment is located has all kinds of services and shops: supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, cafeteria, greengrocers. It is a central area just 5 minutes from the pedestrian streets of the historic center. You can easily find parking and it is very accessible since it is less than 200 meters from the two main communication arteries of the city: Paseo Alfonso XIII and Alameda de San Anton. The train and bus station is about a 20-minute walk away.
