The apartment has been recently reformed to a very high standard. In total it has a 82 square metres. It is spacious and open-plan. There are 2 big terraces, both have a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. One bedroom with king size bed and large wardrobe, safe, iron and ironing board, comfortable Italian system sofa bed, shower, WC, bidet. Ultra modern kitchen with all the appliances. Kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, washing machine, Smart TV Sony Bravia 65", sun loungers and great fiber optic connection for anybody working remotely.

We are very centrally located in Costa Adeje, in close proximity to X-Sur Shopping Center (retail outlets, restaurants, bars, etc) . You can reach Torviscas & Fañabe Beaches in 10 mins by foot. The award winning Siam Park, Aqua Park, Siam Mall are close by. Next to the apartment there is, a commercial centre (Cosmos) with a good Hiperdino supermarket, Gyms, Bars, Restaurants, beauty salon, ATM and a Thermal Aqua Spa. For golf enthusiast there are 2 local golf course (Las Americas and Costa Adeje). For hiking locally you have the 'Barranco del Infierno' in Adeje town. There is also an extensive range of hikes and walks locally and a bit further afield which we will be happy to share with you. There is a wide selection of water, land and air based sport activities e.g. diving, boat trips, cycling, go karting, paragliding, etc. The area is well serviced with bus stops and taxi ranks outside the complex on both entrances.
