The house has a spacious lounge, dining area and kitchen, with a south facing terrace to the front. A double bedroom and shower room are also on ground floor. Large dining terrace to the back of the house, with sun blinds and built-in units. On the first floor are master bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The spacious roof terrace has a large jacuzzi, sun blinds, and sun beds. The house is connected to a fiber network for internet access (100 Mbps). Beautiful views from the sun terrace: mountains in the distance on one side, and the Mediterranean Sea on the other side. Sun blinds are installed above all terraces and on the sun roof.

Beach of Punta Prima is within walking distance (1.2 km). The commercial centre "Punta Marina" is at (0.5 km). La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre and the busy seaside town of Torrevieja are a five minutes drive away. Bus stop to La Zenia Boulevard and to Playa Flamenca is in front of the property.
