This is a newly renovated luxury Townhouse in the heart of Old Town Marbella. Completed June 2019. A beautiful House with a boutique hotel feel..... The exterior has been sympathetically restored in keeping with “Old Town” character, whilst the interior has been finished to the highest standard with the whole house having a light bright & luxurious feel... The open plan ground floor comprises a living dining & kitchen space leading to a beautiful Andalucian internal patio. A little oasis of calm to unwind & relax. The kitchen & dining area are fully equipped, & the lounge area includes a 47 inch 4KHDTV (in multiple languages), with High Speed fibre optic internet. All three bedrooms have tastefully designed walk in shower rooms, & provide guests with luxury king size beds.... Each bedroom has a juliette balcony with a charming outlook. The roof terrace with a view of “La Concha” offers guests all day sun & a place to enjoy cool drinks in the evening whilst watching the sun set over the rooftops of Marbella. The town house has all the character of an Andalucian home, with the modern amenities of a luxury property.
As a family we have owned property on the Costa Del Sol for 30 years. We have always had a particular love of Marbella and especially the "Old Town". We decided to buy Casa Aduar as a derelict house in 2016, and in Summer 2019 the rebuild was complete and we were open for business. We now have firm roots in The Old Town and have been welcomed by our surrounding neighbours, (many of whom have lived in the Old Town for over 50 years) into a charming Andalucian community. Because we love The Townhouse and everything about Marbella, we have a passion for hosting & sharing our knowledge of Marbella and The Coast with our guests. We are always on hand with advice on the best local restaurants, the best beaches, activities for the kids & so on.... We are very proud of "Casa Aduar" and its really important to us that all of our guests have a wonderful stay & leave taking a little piece of Marbella with them.
