Our apartment is located on the exclusive Santa Rosalía Lake and Life Resort located on the picturesque coast of Murcia. This resort is designed as a unique combination of holiday destination and residential area, centered on a breathtakingly clear lake that creates a beachy atmosphere. The apartment has a bedroom with attached bathroom and a bedroom with separate bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology and nothing will be missed. The balcony is bordered by large glass sliding doors to the living room. The balcony itself is wonderful to sit and have breakfast in the morning sun. From here you have a view of the swimming pool. We have a lounge and round tables with chairs on this balcony. The stairs on the balcony lead to the top of the apartment. This is where the solarium begins. This is characterized by a private enclosed sun, dining and relaxation area. We have chosen to place a pergola with lighting above the lounge corner. There is an outdoor kitchen with a sink. Next to the kitchen is the large 6-person dining table. At the end of the solarium there are 2 very nice, luxurious sunbeds. There is also a cooling shower on the solarium. If you walk down the stairs from the apartment, you walk arount the corner and you can take a dip in the pool. Walk in the other direction and you will see the entrance to the enormous lagoon. We ensure that there are bath towels available to take with you to the beach or lagoon. There is currently still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is completely finished.

To convey a welcome holiday feeling to our guests, we create a cozy atmosphere. We create plenty of opportunities to sit and eat outside on the balcony or solarium. Even though there are plenty of nice restaurants in the area. The furniture is of high quality and offers optimal luxury. We use the apartment also by ourselves to have holiday with three kids. Los Alcázares covers an extensive 9 km coastal area along the Mar Menor, including urban beaches such as Los Narejos and Las Salinas. Long boulevards stretch along the sea, where visitors can enjoy countless relaxation options. In addition to these urban beaches, there are protected natural areas, such as the pristine La Hita beach, which is a valuable habitat for migratory birds and one of the few untouched beaches on the Mar Menor.
