Property information

This spacious apartment is located in a gated and secure complex situated just a few minutes walk away from the main strip where you will find many shops and restaurants. There is also a Spar supermarket opposite the complex along with plenty of parking spaces outside. You can pack lightly as this newly renovated apartment has everything you need including a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, towels, beach towels and all modern kitchen facilities. Also features a 43” smart TV, WiFi and sofa bed.

Neighbourhood information

The complex is peaceful, safe and very well maintained. Just a few minutes walk down the road will bring you to the main Puerto del Carmen strip where you will find the popular Cafe La Ola directly opposite as well as a bus stop and taxi rank. Along the strip there is a huge variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest beach is La Peñita around a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The biggest Puerto del Carmen beach Playa Grande is about a 15 minute walk. At the end of the strip arriving to the Puerto del Carmen old town, you will find the popular Biosfera Shopping Centre complete with shops, restaurants, cafes, an English outdoor cinema, children's play park and a Jurassic World mini golf. Most amenities are within walking distance. There are regular taxis and public buses available nearby to connect you to most areas on the island. E-scooters and bicycles can be rented at several locations on the strip.
