Our beautiful villa is in San Pedro, its a 3 minute walk to the local shops and a 15 minute walk to the beach. This villa is totally private and secure. It has a 15 foot wall around the villa and its own private gate to enter it... Upon entering the villa there is a hallway with a WC to the left.. then you will reach the large lounge with a 60 inch TV will full sky tv, 2 sofas and arm chairs, coffee table and an open fire place. There are French doors leading out to the garden. To the left is the entrance to the open plan kitchen/ dinner, this is complete with dishwasher, 5 burner gas hob, oven, microwave/oven and an American style large fridge/freezer. there is a sofa in the dinning area and a dinning table that can seat 10 people. There is also French doors leading out to the garden, patio area, swimming pool....There is a laundry room to the left with a washing machine&dryer, an iron, ironing board & all cleaning stuff. From the lounge there is a corridor leading onto the bedrooms.... The first bedroom on the right has a double bed, side tables, wardrobe, sink and a shower room with WC. The 1st & 2nd bedroom on the right has a king size bed, side table, draw unit and bust in wardrobe... There is a room and Juliet bathroom there too with a bath/shower, sink & WC. The third bedroom to the right is the master bedroom with a super king size bed, TV, mirrored units ^ wardrobe....ensuite with 2 sinks, bath/shower and WC All around the villa are beautiful maintained grassed gardens with flower beds & 2 terrace areas, swimming pool, sun beds & outdoor furniture. There is also a roof top terrace. All bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, crockery, pot/pans are provided. Please contact me if you require any additional information...!
This is our beautiful family villa which we have had for many many year. my wife and I have recently refurbished it and made it very cosy and homely. We spend a many holidays with our children and grand children here and we absolutely love it! Home from home! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!
Situated 3 minutes walk from local amenities and 15 minutes walk to the beach. The promenade is 5 minutes walk which its beautiful parks, fountains, cafes...
