This flat is characterised by a modern decoration and marked by the style of its elements. The flat is located very close to the emblematic Betis street and the Guadalquivir river. In short, an unbeatable environment and characteristics to ensure the success of your stay.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is located in the heart of the Triana neighbourhood. It is a classic Sevillian neighbourhood located on the other side of the Guadalquivir river. It extends from the Cartuja to the north to the Remedios neighbourhood to the south. With a seafaring character and a great Sevillian tradition, it is the birthplace of bullfighters and artists and attracts many visitors seduced by its many tapas bars, its views of the river, its typical food market and its small shops selling Sevillian tiles. It is the most emblematic place in the neighbourhood and the entrance from the Triana Bridge. Also of note are the Triana Market on the remains of the Castle of San Jorge, Maria Trifulca Restaurant, the old Seville-Sanlúcar de Barrameda Maritime Station, the small Chapel of Carmen, the work of Aníbal González and the monuments dedicated to Juan Belmonte and the Flamenco Dance. Calle Betis runs along the river and is ideal for strolling and contemplating the Guadalquivir and the monumental Seville, Torre del Oro, Giralda, Cathedral, Plaza de Toros, etc. It ends at the Plaza de Cuba and the San Telmo bridge.
