The apartment is located in the mythical popular neighborhood of Huelin. It is the first neighborhood designed for workers in the city, where the first industrial chimneys of 19th century Malaga were built. Currently the La Tabacalera building, which is located just 50 meters from the apartment, is an essential visit. The beautiful building houses the Automobile Museum and the collection of the Russian Museum of Saint Petersburg. Also a few meters away is the Church of San Patricio built in 1891. Less than 5 minutes walk away is the famous Huelin beach, from where you can see the chimneys of the old factories in the area that decorate the coast in a characteristic way. Today it is one of the purest and most traditional neighborhoods in Malaga, as it preserves much of its seafaring and popular essence.
