Independent one bedroom apartment in Benissa Costa, a short drive to Cala Baladrar. Free parking, private garden with fruit trees and open views, sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor table for eating with shade. The fully air conditioned apartment has it's own entrance from a private shared drive with electronic security gate. Entry is directly into the open plan living areas with fully equipped kitchen and panoramic windows. Lounge includes large 55" flatscreen TV with multiple channels, free WIFI. DVD player supplied with a wide range of DVD's and books. Private washing machine for use. The bedroom is ensuite with picture windows with a scenic outlook. Another large 42" flatscreen TV with multiple channels. Large area of wardrobes, double drawer storage and bedside drawers. Hair dryer supplied. The ensuite bathroom has an electric shower. Towels and bedding supplied or you can bring your own if you prefer. The property is in excellent condition and well located, not far from San Jaime, Ifach Golf Course and only 10 minutes drive to Moraira.
I like meeting a variety of people of all nationalities and making them feel welcome to give them the best experience for their stay.
Very quiet, tranquil, picturesque and peaceful setting. A great place to unwind. Lovely views and a great neighbourhood. Close to all amenities for your needs.
