This beautiful spacious villa with 4 bedrooms and private pool (8x4m) is located in the urbanization of Cabanyes on a spacious corner plot with fantastic sea and valley views, the Palamos bay and the green surroundings. You can park your car on site. Leng Vacacion Home has a fantastic swimming pool, a spacious garden, sunbeds, outdoor shower, a barbecue and a covered porch, to enjoy the outdoors until late in the evening. You reach the villa via a wide staircase, when you enter the wide front door you will find the open and fully equipped kitchen and the cozy living room where you can quickly see the views from the everywhere around. From the living or dining rooms you reach the spacious swimming pool terrace. The apartment suite downstairs can be accessed either via the swimming pool terrace stairs or via the lower level front parking terrace. It’s a rustic-modern suite with attached bathroom, sea views and private breakfast terrace. This suite is equipped with a double bed, wide shower, air conditioning and sitting area with a refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The apartment suite is fully accessible with a wheel chair.
The neighborhood of Cabanyes is a very quiet one in the winter but more transited in the summer with guests from all over the world enjoying the pool villas and ideal location. It is 4 kms from the beach and offers an array of exploring and relaxing possibilities all around the famous Spain's Costa Brava.
