In Alcaucín, the holiday apartment "Las-marias" offers an excellent view of the mountain. This 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms as well as a washing machine. Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool (open from 8 am to 9 pm), a garden with relaxing mountain views, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The owners live on the upper floor but have their separate entrance. Pets are not allowed. The property has step-free access and interior. One guest at least must be over 18 years old and guests are kindly reminded to be mindful of their noise. Beach/pool towels are provided. Fresh towels are provided every three days and bed linen is changed every 5 days. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste. More information is provided on site. The electricity at this property is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. There a a security camera in the front yard. Please note that only registered guests can access the property, external guests are not allowed. The nearest supermarket is to be found in Viñuela, just 5 minutes from the apartment. Several beautiful hiking trails and good restaurants are in the area. the beach of Torre del Mar can be reached within 20 minutes.
