There are many hiking routes in the area around the property. Cabárceno Nature Park is a 10-minute drive away. Dunas del Puntal is 18 km away, and Macizo de Peña Cabarga Natural Park is 8 km away. Santander city centre is 18 minutes' drive away, the town of liérganes is 11 minutes' drive from the property.
