Located in a quiet residential area. Flat on 1st floor, fully renovated in 2022 with 4 bedrooms, 2 patios, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi. Capacity up to 7 persons. 7 bus lines within a radius of 200 m connected to any point of Gijón. Located between the Poniente and Arbeyal beaches. Local bars and restaurants, health centre, fitness park, supermarkets, pharmacies, a few metres away. Easy and free parking from 8am to 8pm.
Welcome to our accommodation in Gijón My name is Olaya and I am the person who will receive you and give you the necessary attention during your stay in "A large apartment with two terraces". Although I was born in Malaga, I live with my family in Gijon, the city that gives us the experience of living and meeting its welcoming people, next to a unique natural environment which I hope to share with all of you who visit us in our accommodation. To do this, I will always be in touch to clarify any questions through the booking messaging or by phone if necessary. The privacy of our guests is our priority and their pleasant stay, our goal. I look forward to welcoming you soon in our accommodation.
Born in the heat of the industrial revolution of the city at the beginning of the last century, the Natahoyo neighbourhood has been reconverted into a residential neighbourhood between the two new beaches of the western seafront: El Arbeyal (just a 10-minute walk away) and Poniente (less than 15 minutes on foot). Gijón's famous Semana Negra (Black Week) takes place in the old shipyards located between the two beaches. The neighbourhood has cider bars, "chigres", grills, seafood restaurants and local restaurants offering full daily set menus and regional gastronomy from affordable prices and take-away places. For joggers, the Fábrica de Loza park is at the end of the street, bordering the Parque de Moreda, with paths and cycle lanes running alongside the river that stretches down to the Poniente beach and the town centre. Three supermarkets, a health centre and pharmacy are within walking distance. 7 cinemas within 10 min.
