The location was perfect being on one of the main shopping high streets in Madrid. Even so, it was quiet with very little noise though other people in adjacent room could be heard at times. The room was clean, well presented. The facilities are basic, no kettle or other appliances, but these were not expected. The staff were very nice and courteous and the rooms were cleaned and tidied up every day. It was good value for money and just what we wanted for a 5 day trip. There were a number of places to eat within a few minutes walk and also a supermarket just round the corner.
