what 3 words - parroted.pumpkin.advises Recently refurbished duplex aprtment with new open plan kitchen along with new flooring and bathrooms on all floors, all new appliances and newly fitted air conditioning units all this was completed by June of 2024. The duplex apartment is centrally located on a small community, ideally located for Padel tennis, golf, shops, bars, boutiques - The apartment offers 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms all with walk in showers, and each with its own terrace, with views to the Mar Menor. All newly furnished and well equipped - wireless internet access is included free to all guests. Located on La Manga Club - 15 Calle de Norte ....... and with its own free allotted parking space. La Manga resort offers 3 golf courses, 20 plus tennis and 6 padel courts. The Grand Hyatt is on complex and has various restaurants within its hotel, Wellness and Spa centre facilities…. (Fee payable for treatments - enquire at the Hotel). Various activities can be found within the resort (fee payable). There is a supermarket for all your needs whilst here on holiday, numerous eateries and bars are situated throughout the resort, some offering takeaways and delivery.
We can be contacted via the app, for contact information, we are uk based, but never more than a phone call away. Our on site Management Company is available, keys will be kept with them or if out of hours a key lock safe is made available for key collections. They are situated in Bellaluz Square, local 176, plaza mayor - (down from gabrellia's and the Scotsman) - La Manga Getaways office is there.
A short stroll finds you at the newly refurbished Tennis centre, offering Tennis, Padel Tennis, Gym facilities, a restaurant and terrace, shops, bars, restaurants, and boutiques, also a chemist is also on hand. In May 2023 the new Grand Hyatt Hotel opens its doors, whilst a full refurbishment throughout the hotel has been carried out, with a new adults only pool added. There are new eateries within the hotel, and a newly opened Spa and Wellness centre (fee payable). The apartment is literally minutes away from all amenities, and we feel it is centrally located for all options. We have a parking space waiting for you, here at La Colina. Not to worry if car hire is not an option, you can get a airport transfer from La Manga Rent a Car, who have an onsite office, and everything else required is within walking distance, taxis can be booked should you wish to travel alittle further into Los Belones, or even Mar De Cristal, expect to pay anything from 10 euros upwards. Taxis can be found opposite the petrol station on the club. A number of the food outlets do a takeaway and delivery service to the apartment. There is a general community doctors - situated in las Sabinas next to the BBVA bank. Security patrol throughout the day and night.
