El Rancho is a popular community of traditional Spanish style villas, and an amazing 9 pools for guests to use - each one with a children's pool. This - as well as its convenient location just a short walk from the shops and bars at Bellaluz Plaza - makes it an ideal location for families. This lovely 3 bedroom 3 bathroom property is accessed via steps down from the parking area. It is air conditioned throughout and well furnished, with a well laid out and fully equipped kitchen, There is a Smart TV in the lounge with a great range of sports, movie, kids and news channels. And Netflix too! Patio doors lead to a terrace with a built in barbeque and great views across the resort to the hills. An electric awning provides shade from the summer sun, allowing you to enjoy the al fresco dining at any time of day. Downstairs are 2 of the 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The double master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, whilst there is a separate shower room for the second twin bedroom.
