I bought the property in 2010 and rebuilt the house in total to what it is today. I have landscaped garden which is now beginning to take shape and form a green flourishing oasis even during the driest period. The house is designed and built in rustic modern style that respects the surrounding nature and architecture. It provides tranquility but the city with all the amenities, restaurants and bars is only 5 min. walking distance. I especially recommend the spring season when wildlife wakes up in all it´s diversity and the birds' singing is overwhelming. The geographical location invites to trips to cities such as Seville, Tariffa, Jerez, Granada, Ronda, caves, beaches, rivers, lakes, forests and the famous surrounding villages
I am an artist and live in another house on the property with 2 dogs and 2 cats. When I do not take care of the garden, I usually paint and fantasize about what and how I can continue to build
