This traditional 2 bedroom first floor apartment at the popular Residential La Cinuelica, R3-Los Altos, located on the roadside with easy access to the communal pool and garden. The apartment has lounge, kitchen, bathroom, 2 x bedrooms (double and 2 single beds). A large roof terrace. The apartment is a 15-20 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes walk to the local supermarket Consum and the bars and restaurants at Punta Prima. The town and marina of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away. The space At the front of the apartment is a balcony. A small galleria area is located at the rear of the property with stairs up to the large roof terrace. In the galleria the washing machine can be found. The living/dining room has a 2 sofas, TV unit with television and a DVD player (please bring your own DVD’s) and Spanish TV, wooden coffee table and dining table, four chairs and pictures. The windows look out to the front of the property. The property benefits from ceiling fans in all rooms. Free Wifi. The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a door l leading to the outside
